About Us
It all started with a Winnie the Pooh cake for my nephews first birthday. I begged my sister to let me make his first cake and she graciously obliged. It was made from a shaped cake pan and covered in star tipped frosting, kind of a follow the dots kind of cake. That was 2005 and my passion for caking has exploded from there. After taking the locally offered cake decorating classes, I decided to pursue a career in pastry and baking with a focus on cake decorating. I have not made another follow the dot cake since, and instead have focused on more unique designs. Footballs, trucks, purses, cactus, ultrasound machines, you name it and I'd be happy to cake it.
