Erin has been making custom cakes since 2010. In 2012 she graduated from Pastry School in Overland Park, KS. There she learned to make delectable pastries as well as flavorful cakes and luscious buttercreams. In 2014 she moved back to her home town of Gladstone, ND and in 2023 she relocated her commercial kitchen from Gladstone to St. Joe's Plaza in Dickinson. Her goal is to provide you with a delicious, artistic centerpiece for your special event, one that friends and family will always remember!
Her cakes are made from scratch, never boxed mixes. Icings and fillings use real fresh cream butter so it melts in your mouth, not sticks to it like shortening based icings. Real fruit is used in both cakes and buttercreams. Only the highest quality fondant, which has a flavor reminiscent of marshmallows, is used. In addition to custom cakes, her muffins and cookies can also be found at Backyard Play Cafe in Dickinson and during Holiday Pop Up Events.

Wedding cake commissions start at $900 and can consist of cake, cupcakes or dessert tables. Included is the following:

Decorated Sugar Cookies start at $89 per dozen with a minimum order requirement of 2 dozen.
Only 1-2 orders are accepted per week so dates can fill up quickly. Party cakes can be reserved up to 4 months in advance, wedding cakes up to 12 month in advance. Dates can be reserved by contacting us and placing a non refundable retainer. Use out contact page to provide details.
